This Privacy Policy sets out how Kleo Health ("Kleo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, stores, and discloses your personal information. It applies to all users of our services, including visitors to our website, users of the Kleo Health mobile application, beta participants and those that opt into marketing communications.

4. Beta Participation
4.1. If you are participating in the Kleo beta program, The Early Explorer Program, we may collect additional feedback and diagnostics to assess the performance of new features.
4.2. By joining The Early Explorer Program you consent to additional usage tracking for the purpose of improving the Service.
4.3. By joining The Early Explorer Program, you consent to your personal identifiable data being viewable and available to 1 individual within the Kleo team, due to your personal relationship with the manager of the program. Whereafter your data will be anonymized.
5. Cookies and Tracking
5.1. We use Cookies and other tracking technologies to improve functionality and user experience, and for analytics purposes.
5.2. Cookies may be session-based (temporary) or persistent (stored until manually deleted or expired).
